I’m a horrible procrastinator. My motto should be “Why do today what you can put off til tomorrow?”
Case and point. Some of the folks over at RMFO.net set up a mix CD circle, oh, three months ago. And I’m JUST NOW getting my CDs burned and sent out to the other three in my group (many apologies to Luke, Phil, and Joe C.). However, I think it was good that I waited, since I’ve gotten some new music since then that is pretty good, and isn’t the usual stuff I listen to (hold on to your hats, folks. There’s NOT ONE U2 song on the entire CD). (I’m also horrible at gift-buying. I’m usually the one scouring the aisles of Target twenty minutes before a birthday party with a glazed-over look in my eyes begging for something to leap out at me to buy. Hence why most gifts from me do not include a card.)

How appropriate, no?
Yes, Roger, I am fully deserving of an obituary at the moment. In between hosting Thanksgiving at our house for 10+ people, reveling in my Harry Potter geekdom during the release of the GoF movie (which totally rocks, by the way - and no, Scott, I am NOT 13!), and trying to get Christmas preparations out of the way, I have been a very, very neglectful blog owner.
But, I guess this blog reflects my life in many ways… lots of good intentions, many of which just don’t get the attention they should. Something I have to work on, I suppose.
I’ll probably get nostalgic over the next few weeks as I anticipate the arrival of Christmas. Although Jeff and I are currently childless (well, unless you count our child who has four legs and fur), I’m blessed to have a husband who turns into a 5-year-old this time of year. The wonderment I see in him during Christmastime keeps me young, I guess. Anyway, usually when I get nostalgic about stuff is when I’m most prolific on here, I’ve discovered.
Next weekend we’ll be hanging out with some weird internet people in Nashville. If you don’t hear from me within a week, assume they’ve murdered us.

Well, I’ve done it again. I’ve gone over a month without a post.
I swear, sometimes I forget I have this thing.
Anyway, I’ve got some more ideas banging around in my little head, so fret not, I shall post more again soon. 
OH!
And 7 days, 1 hour, and 50 minutes until the BEST MOVIE OF THE YEAR is released. :happydance:

I’ve been in a bit of a creative drought lately… hence my lack of posts. But, I’ve got a few thoughts bumping around in my head over the past few days, and hopefully this weekend I’ll have time to put them down on paper.
