I’d say count them. To me, YA is anything that’s aimed at the high school age group or younger.

Here’s what I’m wondering. I have already this year read two “middle grade” novels. Probably best for grades 4-6 or 5-7. Do I get to count them? Or should it be ages 12+? (Sometimes people say YA is ages 11-19.)

Great post! I have much the same feelings. The reading challenge sounds awesome. I have made a goal of consistent weight loss (no specific number) for 12 weeks, and I’m going to accomplish it by tracking (got one of those 3 month ones) and exercising at least 3 times a week. Didn’t get to the meeting this week, but lost 4lbs according to the scale here!
