		<description>Great post!  I have much the same feelings.  The reading challenge sounds awesome.  I have made a goal of consistent weight loss (no specific number) for 12 weeks, and I&#039;m going to accomplish it by tracking (got one of those 3 month ones) and exercising at least 3 times a week.  Didn&#039;t get to the meeting this week, but lost 4lbs according to the scale here!</description>
