Aw, man.
Well, I guess one of the concerts I was looking forward to this fall will have to wait. Jeff and I were planning on seeing Keane at the Tabernacle in September, but that show’s been postponed due to the fact that Tom has entered rehab. :sigh: It’s always a little disappointing when you read stuff like that, especially when it involves a member one of your favorite bands. Oh, well, I guess. I’m glad he’s getting help. Here’s hoping they don’t postpone the show too long (and that they don’t schedule it during a Tech home football game, or else I’ll be going by myself).
And, I’ve got a couple of other shows to look forward to (including Mute Math at the Roxy!! Woohoo!), so it’s not like I’ll be sitting at home with nothing to do.
So, get better, Tom. Hope to see you guys soon!

mute math will make you forget about keane. of course, your brain will have been broken….but still.

See, what’s gonna suck, is that with my luck, they’ll wind up rescheduling the Keane show for the same night as the Mute Math show, and then I’ll have to choose.

doesn’t seem like too hard of a choice to me. i’ve seen both before, i think you’d have more fun at MM. if you want a good cry, then just watch a sad movie when you get home.

Hey, Keane doesn’t make me cry. They make me happy.
(And Jeff’s already informed me which one of the two HE’LL be at if they get scheduled the same night, so if I want a date, I’d better show up at the Mute Math show.)

I love Keane. This is sad news to hear.
But I am definitely glad he’s getting help. (Is it weird that he TOTALLY looks like my first best friend, so I feel like HE’S my first best friend? Probably so :)).
